DIY or Call Us?

There is one safe owner check: verify that the keypad or intercom has power at the terminal block with a multimeter set to AC volts. If you read zero, the issue is upstream, transformer or breaker, and you have saved everyone time by identifying it.

Everything else is better left to a technician. The AK-11’s ribbon connector tears if removed at the wrong angle. The ACP009’s voice board carries 16.5 VAC near a chassis ground that will trip your gate operator’s fault protection if shorted.
